愛知県内は、丸亀が多くて久々に来店しました。
昔。牛すじをかけうどんに載せて食べるのが好きだったので、再現してみました。
ダシは、あっさりして塩分控えめです。
丸亀に比べて、酸味や香りが少なめで食べやすい印象です。
うどん、おでんが同時に食べれるのが嬉しいです。
久々に懐かしい気持ちになりました。
