此方をＢＭさせて頂いたのは遥か昔の事であり
いつかは伺いたいと思っておりました。しかし
比較的我が家から近い事もありなかなか訪問に
至らず長きに渡り訪問叶わず。
前日からイタリアンモードに突入し数あるＢＭ
リストから此方に決めさせて頂きました。当日
のオープン４０分程前に店舗に連絡し１名可能
か確認するとシェフが気持ち良く了承。併せて
写真撮影のお願いも致しました。
店舗前のＣＰに車を停めて入店。単独でしたが
カウンターではなく２名掛けのテーブル席へと
案内頂けました。ランチのメインは殆どの店舗
で豚となるのでメインは省く事が多い。此方の
メインも同様でしたのでパスタランチで。
■フィレンツェ風野菜煮込み
たっぷりの野菜が極限まで柔らかく煮込まれて
心も身体も温めてくれます。身体に優しく身体
に良さそうな味ですね。美味い☆
■自家製フォカッチャ
ハーブ系の香りがふわっと香りＴＯＰの塩味が
ワタクシ好みで丁度良い。美味い☆
■フレッシュトマトと水牛のモッツァレラチーズのトマトソーススパゲッティーニ
個人的にスープスパ的なモノが好みではない私。
トマトソースがたっぷりで好みと相違している
と思いましたが酸味のない温かなトマトソース
にモッツァレラで円やかさが増したっぷり入る
トマトや野菜が体を温めてくれる。美味い☆
■一口ドルチェ
とてもシンプルなビジュアルのドルチェですね。
チョコレートプリンとの事。美味い☆
総じて、
全体的に野菜をたっぷりと使用した身体に優しく
温かみを感じる料理だったと考えます。ゆったり
とした時間が流れる店内で丁寧ながらスピーディ
に料理を作られ提供される辺り時間の無い方にも
有難いのではないでしょうか。
それはメニューに提供時間が記載されている辺り
からも感じる事が出来ました。会計時にワタクシ
が１,０００円を余分に支払っていた様でシェフが
「お客様っ!!!!」とＣＰ前まで来ているワタクシに
走って返しに来て頂けました。料理同様シェフも
とても温かい方だと感じました。
たっぷり野菜を使用した温かみのあるイタリア料理、御馳走様でした☆
