こちらは、今池にある韓国料理店です。
昔のダイエーさん。今はイオンさんですが、その通りにあるお店です。
韓国のなかなか味のあるオモニが切り盛りされていますよ。
こちらは、結構、遅くまで営業していらっしゃるので、
昔からちょいちょい伺わせて頂いています。
個人的に、韓国鍋が大好きなので、
こちらのお店でも、色々な鍋をいただきましたが、
私が気に入っている鍋は、カンジャタンというお鍋です～♪
カンジャタンは、ジャガイモと豚の背骨のお肉が骨付きでゴロゴロ入った鍋♪
野菜はケンニ(エゴマの葉)が満載です。
日本では、そこまでポピュラーな鍋ではないように思えますが、
韓国では、よくある鍋の1種類だそうですよ。
今回も、もちろんカンジャタン(3000円)を注文です。
他、韓国塩サラダ(690円)、キムチ盛り合わせ等も注文です。
お通しみたいな感じでスルメの甘辛(メンテ)やポテサラ、カボチャの煮付けなど5種類くらいが来ます。
メンテはお酒大好きなかたにはかなりナイスなツマミかと思いますよ！
韓国でずっと生活していた子と伺ったので、
韓国語ベラベラな知人にオモニにが気分をよくされて、
『愛情～♪愛情～♪』と言って色々なサービスをしてくださいました。
オモニ、コマスミダ～です。
鍋はちょいちょいオモニが面倒を見てくださいます！
骨回りのお肉がホロホロ…！
いいお出汁も出まくりです。
ジャガイモもホクホクで、
ケンニの独特な風味がなんとも言えなくて、
本当に美味しいです。
やっぱり、カンジャタン、最高です。
キムチは自家製でちょっと癖がありますが、
韓国では、おばあちゃんが漬けるキムチは家庭によって味が全く違うそうなので、
これは、こちらのオモニの家庭の味かも知れないですね。
最後は、ライスをサービスでくださったので、
お出汁とキムチをライスに乗せて頂きます！
この食べ方。最高です。
お腹いっぱいでも全然、美味しく頂けました。
今回も大好きなカンジャタンに大満足です。
