注文したのは名物由乃タンしゃぶ鍋
鍋の注文は2人前からとなっている
長方形の木の板にびっしりと牛タンが並べられていて圧巻のビジュアル！
30日間熟成させた上質なタンは、ぷるコリ食感で肉の甘みも感じられる
1人前の量はそこそこあり味も美味しい
白菜や椎茸などの野菜もたっぷりで、こちらの野菜も質が良い
坦々肉春巻はサックサクに揚げられていて坦々肉味噌のピリ辛さが堪らない
ごちそうさまでした
