名古屋滞在も後2日
マンスリーの契約は今夜泊まで、急遽工程が一日伸びた為、明日は近くのアパホテルに
明後日は松阪に移動なんでもう面倒くさいので近所でランチに
喫茶店のランチ？中国料理東北大冷麺 さんで刀削麺？とも思ったんですが
『旨いカツカレー』といつも立て看が出てるコチラのお店へ
平日の13時前でしたが先客は1人だけ
私の後に《スナフキン》のようなイデタチの怪しげな方がカレー目当てに入店？
今日は機械が壊れててスパイスが挽けないとのことでカレーはなし
一番無難そうな焼賣のランチに
どうせレンチンの焼賣が出て来るんだろうと思ってたら、10分ほどで配膳でした
冷凍物なのかもですが、店内は鶴橋駅の周りの早朝のような豚足を茹でるような臭気が充満
注文後から蒸し上げてるようです
出てきた焼賣は皮がトロトロに蒸し上がった大きなのが5個
『しっかり味はついてますがお好みで黒酢をかけて』と
溶き卵のスープは小さな壺に入れられてます
小鉢？はオクラと枝豆の塩昆布あえ・ω・
焼賣はチョット豚肉臭さが有りますが、パクチーを練り込んだ？のか独特の風味が...........
口に入れてみれば豚臭さとはかけ離れた風味が広がります、
黒酢を垂らしてみると少し甘みが強調されてまた別の食感に
恐る恐る入ってみた店ですが意外と良いかも？
