I wanted to eat some good meat, so I researched and found this restaurant. The inside of the store is quite calm, yet feels like home. There is also a menu where the staff will grill the food for you, so you can have the staff grill it to the best possible quality, so you can enjoy the most delicious food. First, I had the signature 3-second roast. 3 seconds roast is something that melts in your mouth within 3 seconds. Although the loin was red in color, it was tender and chewy, and the grated daikon radish wrapped in a ponzu-like sauce was wrapped in between, but it was very refreshing and disappeared in an instant. I also received a menu called "Miraculous Encounter", and although foie gras is also eaten in Italian Cuisine and French cuisine, the combination of grated meat and grated meat was truly a miracle! This fits perfectly! Some people may think foie gras is boring, but by combining it with grated gras, you can enjoy a refreshing meal while bringing out the goodness of foie gras! I would love to visit you again! Also, since I visited at noon, the store was quite quiet, so it might be a time when it's a little-known place.
