お酒と美味しい物をこよなく愛する友人と一緒に初めて行って来た。
栄の観覧車隣という好立地に驚き。
2階のカウンター席だったが大人の雰囲気
オシャレで良い。
さて色々頼んでみる。
まずお通しは
◎アスパラとズワイガニのサラダ仕立て
アスパラの食感がいいし、とびっこのプチプチがたまらない。
◎お造り盛り合わせ
この日は鰆、アオリイカ、黒ムツ、真鯖、本鮪カマトロというラインナップ
鰆は炙ってあり香ばしい上に脂ののりが凄い。
アオリイカは食感と甘みが抜群。
黒ムツ刺し身で食べる機会が中々ないし美味い。
真鯖も脂ののりがイイ
カマトロは見た目を裏切ることなく口に入れるとトロケちゃう美味さ。
醤油だけじゃなく岩塩で食べるのもイイ。
◎赤身肉の焼きしゃぶとワカメのサラダ（ハーフ）
ドレッシングはトマト醤油が使われてて赤身肉に合う
赤身肉の美味さはもちろんだけど、魚が美味しくて期待してたワカメの美味さがヤバい。
食感が赤身肉に負けてなくて、どちらも美味い。
◎ふわふわだし巻き玉子
これ過去一美味いだし巻き玉子だった。
玉子に火が入る温度や入れる出汁の量を形を成すギリギリを攻めた一品で、フワっジュワっと絶品。
◎奥三河鶏の鉄板ガーリックステーキ
皮のパリパリ具合と実のしっかりジューシーな歯応えがたまらない。これも塩とよく合ってて美味しい。
◎蛍烏賊と筍の釜飯 茶漬り仕立て
釜飯なので頼んで運ばれてから30分待つから
それを考慮した上で頼む必要あり
食べれば香りも味も良くて蛍烏賊と筍の食感が楽しめる。
出汁茶漬けにするとまた全然雰囲気も味も変わって美味しい。

一人最後の〆を
お隣さんの頼んでたのが気になり注文。
◎なまり節の卵かけご飯
見た目も最高。
なまり節がしっとり美味い
卵かけると口の中が幸せで溢れてあっという間に完食。
大満足となりました。
全ての食材に拘りを持っていて
食材を活かすことを重視していて余計な手は入れない
それがスゴく反映されてて最高だった。
まだまだ食べたいメニューがあったので
また来たいお店。
