アテ三種におすすめ日本酒三種で1,100円のセットに誘われ入店。
この日の三種は吉乃川・天吹・楽器。
お酒もアテも美味しかったのに、写真撮り忘れました…( ；∀；)
黒板メニューに目をやれば、私好みの濃いやつがたくさん…。
これは！と、黒米とかかれた御山杉とダルマ正宗をいただき
アテには河豚卵巣粕漬けとサーモンの塩辛をチョイス。
トースターで軽く焼かれた河豚卵巣粕漬け…変な生臭さもなく塩味と旨味がたまらん。
このお店、酒も美味しいが、料理も旨い！
ということでどんどん追加♪
手作りハンバーグに店員のお姉さんオススメの壹岐誉の半量。
半分でもOKなんて…色々呑みたい呑兵衛に優しい…。
〆はうどんチーズ入り。
だしが溶け込んだチーズのコクと旨味。シンプルなのに驚くほど旨かった！
