今回は作る工程を取材してきました
『串打ち3年、裂き8年、焼き一生』
すごく貴重な体験をさせていただきました
丁寧に焼き上げられた鰻は表面がパリっとして
中はふんわり焼き上げられているし、
秘伝のタレとの相性も抜群
そもそも鰻の質が全然違う
和牛まぶしも肉質が柔らかくて大満足
特にわさびと相性良かった
