修行先のイタリアで出会った男たちが作り上げる、珠玉のイタリアン。
素材の調達からこだわっていることも大きいですが、四季折々の良質の素材で様々な味を提供してくれる店です。
パスタの種類も豊富で、とりわけ店内で作っているキタッラという生パスタはこの店の名物といえるでしょう。
もっちり×つるっとした食感は新しさを感じます。フレッシュトマトのソースが、生パスタの甘さを引き立てます!
私のお気に入りアイテムは「トリッパ」の煮込み。
牛の胃袋をトマトで柔らかく煮込んだものです。
これに、お店の自家製パン(フォカッチャ)がよく合うんです!!
このパンが隠れた逸品で、このパンが食べたくてお店に行くという人が私のほかにも…(笑)
つい、パンばかり食べ過ぎておなかがいっぱいになってしまいます(反省)
黒板メニュー(日替り)も豊富で、何をチョイスするか迷います。
とりわけ新鮮なカルパッチョ系はハズレなしです!
スイーツにもしっかり力を入れています。
特に店内で作っているジェラートは絶品です!
