懇意にしているソムリエの方から『凄く注目されてる広島のワイナリーさんなので是非!』とお誘いを受け、その方もお店での最後のイヴェントになるとの事で即予約しました。
調べてみると広島県三次市で2021年に誕生した『ヴィノーブル ヴィンヤード』と言う新生のワイナリーさんとの事。
こちら誕生の翌年にはIWSCと言う英国でのコンテストで世界最高得点でGOLDを受賞してたり、先だっての広島G7サミットでスパークリングを提供してたりの中々凄いワイナリーさんのよう。
ワインはガブ飲み系なのでよく分かりませんが楽しみにお店に向かいました♫
結果、醸造方法、醸造設備、すべての工程にこだわりを持ち、真摯にワインと向き合う醸造家が育てたワインとそれを引き立てるお料理を堪能することが出来ました。
きめ細かい泡の美味しいスパークリングワインから始まるお料理とのペアリングは写真の方を見て頂ければと思います。
試飲くらいの軽い感じと思ってましたが、現在ストックが殆ど無い、垂直6種のピノノアールをたっぷりと戴けてラッキーでした♫
又、この様な機会があれば参加したいですね。
