明治30年(1897年)創業の老舗。建物は昭和4年(1929年)に建てられたもので、近隣のいせ源などと同様に東京都選定歴史的建造物です。ずっと行きたいと思っていて、ようやく行けました。
昭和初期の趣を残した外観とお座敷だけで気分が盛り上がります。下足番の方に靴を預けて2階の広間へ。the 昭和なところがとても心地よい。
備長炭と鉄鍋がやって来て、最初はスタッフの方が作ってくれます。素人の自分では出来なさそうなほど見た目が美しい。鶏は、千葉県香取市産の銘柄鶏「錦爽どり」を使用とのこと。割り下も伝統の味。鶏もネギも豆腐も白滝もめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。胸肉、もも肉、つみれなどなどどれも最高。お酒は八海山。
締めは、親子丼、おじや、おつゆかけご飯の3種類の中から選ぶ。迷ったけど、おじやにして大正解でした。
とても美味しくて、みんなの素敵な笑顔に来てよかったなぁとしみじみ。
