四ツ谷駅と四谷三丁目駅の間に位置する隠れ家的名店、後楽寿司 やす秀。
バナナマンが美味しいと太鼓判を押していて、大将はバナナマンのラジオに出演したり、ジョブチューンなどメディアへの露出も多い。
また最近では東海道新幹線のグリーン車内で鮨やつまみを提供する走る鮨屋のイベントで成功を収め、活躍の場を広げている。
この日楽しみにしていたのは宇部の赤貝!兎にも角にも巨大で人生で食べた赤貝で一番素晴らしかった。やはり、剥きたてが最高。それと都内では滅多にお目にかかれないガス海老。ねっとりとしていて甘みがあって最高!
28品も出てきて、お酒も4合ほど頂いて、お会計は3.5万円しないくらい。味もさる事ながら、アットホームな温かい雰囲気が最高で毎回予約を取って帰るお店。以下、コース内容。
