鹿児島空港から、タクシーを飛ばすこと、およそ1時間弱。
ここは天下の焼酎のメッカ、霧島でござぁ~いぃ~☆彡
わざわざ、ココまで足を伸ばす理由は、こちらのお店。
朝一で〆た鶏を供してくれる鶏料理屋さん。
この日は、少し早めに到着したドラミ達にも快く、
テラス席を準備してくださいまして。
お通し、2品。お袋の味、おばんざい。
きんぴらに蒟蒻いりのほうれん草の白和え。
焼酎を陶器の徳利で供するシステムは、
芋焼酎を温めて飲む風習も強い、鹿児島ならでは?
それをグラスに入れてロックで戴いてましたが、
飲める、飲める。
昼間からお代わりグビグビ(笑)
一体、何合飲んだんだ?!爆w
生姜醤油で戴く、新鮮な鶏刺しも、皮目の部分の旨味が強い。
炭火で焼き過ぎないように火入れした鶏肉も旨し。
そもそも鶏Loverの鶏を愛してやまないドラミは、
タレ無くてもイケちゃう?!w
焼酎が進むこと、この上なしっ!
そして締めのおにぎりも炭火でこんがり焼きおにぎりに。
明るいうちから新緑の中で戴く、鮮度の高い鶏肉は最高ですね。
楽しく皆でわぃわぃ、酔っ払い過ぎて記憶が…爆
そして、帰り道かどこかで、めっちゃ転んでたらしいです、ドラミ。
気付けば、翌日、両足が真っ青&擦り傷で、シーツに鮮血がっ!爆
飲み過ぎには気を付けましょう。
