香港島の東側、鰂魚涌(Quarry Bay/クオリーベイ)にある富嘉閣(Foo Ka Chinese Restaurant)は、粵菜(廣東料理)と點心のレストラン。
2018年8月28日、香港の商社・帝有限公司(現:Zen Foods Co., Ltd.)が主催した「日本食材を使用した中華料理の試食会」は、香港飲食業界で活躍するトップシェフをはじめ、業界関係者ら約200人が招待された一夜限りのスペシャルディナー。
富嘉閣のシェフが腕によりをかけた豪華な広東料理には、帝有限公司が取り扱う香港初の特殊海上コンテナで輸入された日本産の「活貝」、チルド空輸の銘柄鶏「華味鳥」、沖縄県産の銘柄豚「Porcp Rosso」など、日本各地の食材を使用。ビールは日本から生樽で輸入されたサントリー「ザ・プレミアム・モルツ」がいただけました。
富嘉閣の高級感のある落ち着いたダイニングで、選りすぐりの日本産活貝やブランド肉をふんだんに使った本格高級広東料理。前菜から主菜、締めまでぜんぶがおいしい一夜限りの贅沢コラボディナーでした。
