忍野八海近くで美味しそうなお店を探していたら、ありました吉田のうどんの名店
あの美味しんぼにも登場した純手打渡辺うどん
噛めば噛むほど素材と出汁の旨味を楽しめる、硬くてコシの強い麺が特徴の吉田のうどん
あの、ワシワシ食べる快感が忘れられない。
メニューから、ずっとワシワシできる肉つけ冷しうどん大(‾¬‾*)じゅるぅ～
看板が良い味出している。
靴を脱いで、座敷に上がり、空いているテーブルに腰をおろす。
座布団やお冷は、もちろんセルフ。
流れるような所作で、あっという間に提供される。
この速さもたまらなく良い。
