頂きます。
いろんな地域の名産うどんがある中この地域でしか食べる事が出来ない吉田うどん。
極太でエッジの効いた噛みごたえのある麺をわしわしと食べます。つけはより麺の腰を感じる事が出来るメニュー。麺は1.2本つまんで啜りますが1本の長さが長い為1回では啜りきる事が出来ない。
出汁は味噌と醤油の合わせで癖はなく素朴な味わい。ここに各店オリジナルの薬味(すりだね)を加えると劇的に刺激のある出汁に変わります。
欲ばりの具材は肉、ちく天、わかめ、キツネと茹でキャベツ。肉とキツネ(油揚げ)は甘辛く味付けされています。わかめは大ぶりな物でちく天も分厚くてでかい。
茹でキャベツは標準で付いてくる具材で、すりだねで辛くなった口内をさっぱりとリセットしてくれます。
市内には70店舗以上ある吉田のうどん、色々味わってみたいです。
