いつもお世話になっているマイレビ様方と勝沼に日帰りで
ワインツアーに行ってきました！
ツアーでのランチでお邪魔したのがこちらのお店です。
事前に店内写真を見て、素敵なところだな～と思っていたので、
是非行きたかったお店です。
実際来てみると、素敵なデザインで、圧倒されますね。
普段はかなりのお客さんが来られていると思うのですが、
この日は台風の影響のため、窓側の席しか埋まっておらず、
予約してくださったレビュアー様も驚かれていました。
ランチコースメニューから注文したのは、
・特選和牛ローストビーフ セットB（前菜３種付き）
です。食後に珈琲が付きますが、紅茶でもOKとのことで紅茶に。
ワインは４種類の飲み比べで、
・シャンパン
・アルガブランカ クラレーザ
・アルガーノ ボシケ
・アルガブランカ ピッパ
を１度に提供してもらいました。一杯の量が結構多いですね。
前菜は、真鯛、蒸し鶏、イカと海老の３種盛り合わせ。
ソースも美味しいし、付け合わせの野菜も甘くさわやかで
美味しかった。
続いて、スープ。椎茸たっぷりのコンソメスープで、何だか
ホッとする美味しさ。思わず旨いと言ってしまった。
そして、ローストビーフ。ローストビーフに限り、シェフが
目の前で切り分けてくださるようです。何とも美味しそうな
肉の塊が綺麗に切り分けられていきます（笑）
ローストビーフは、塩とわさびで頂くようで、わさびが山盛りで
提供されました。店員さん曰く、たっぷり載せても大丈夫とのこと。
言われる通りたっぷり載せて頂きましたが、辛みが少なく
さわやかな感じがお肉の脂と合わさって、とっても美味♪
いや～こんな美味しいローストビーフは初めてかもしれない。
ワインのピッパも白なのに良く合います。
パンもほのかに暖かく、デザートには季節の果実が使われていて、
大満足な内容でした。
レビュアー様曰く、「ランチ後の失速感がすごい」とのことですが、
こんな素敵なランチ後なら仕方ないかもしれない（汗）
ごちそうさまでした。
