ボーナスが出たのでずっと行きたかったお店に行ってきました。「揚げ物のコースなんて、胃がもたれるからちょっとなー」と言っていた旦那を「私が奢るから！！」と半ばむりやり連れていきました(；^ω^）
お店は甲府の岡島百貨店からほど近い歓楽街の一角。スナックかパブをリノベーションしたような店内です。検温、アルコール消毒、携帯もアルコール消毒、マスク入れ配布、大声の私語を控えめにとのご案内など感染症対策はかなり念入り。広くはない店内なので安心できます。
私達の苗字入りのメニュー表が配られました。一人8000円程の揚げ物コース料理。他にはお客さんがおらず、貸切り状態。目の前で落ち着いた雰囲気のダンディなマスターが揚げたての料理を振る舞ってくれる。贅沢なひとときです(*´ω｀*)
こちら、ドリンクも美味しい！水出し烏龍茶を頂いたのですが、金色の雑味のない、美味しい烏龍茶です。
ドリンクは女性の方が給仕して下さったのですが、マスター同様、所作、言葉遣いの素晴らしい、ユニークなところもあるステキなスタッフさんでした。
インスタ映えを追わない、とメニューにありましたが、確かに、揚げ物って見た目からは同じようで映えないですね(• ▽ •;)でも、中は本当に感動する味わい！！自家製のソースや調味料がその味を引き立たせます。ブロッコリーのフライなんかブロッコリー嫌いな旦那が物凄い勢いで食べてましたよ‥ちょっとガーリックの効いたディップソースが食欲をそそります。気になっていた胃もたれですが、間にマッシュポテトなんか頂けますし、何より油っぽくない！！マスター曰く、飲める程キレイな油なんだそうです。揚げ物屋さんて、油の匂いが部屋中に充満していて服も油臭くなりますが、こちらはそれがない。びっくりしました！！
結局、揚げ物たくさん頂いたのに胃もたれしなかったです。
コースの中でどれも美味しかったけれど印象に残っているのはカニクリームコロッケと、リゾットのコロッケ、デザートのモンブランです。カニクリームコロッケは今まで食べたカニクリームコロッケの中で一番美味しいと思う。カニの旨味がぎっしり詰まったコロッケでした。それもそのはず、コロナの影響でカニを通常よりもたくさん入れているそう。賞味期限2分の出来たてモンブランも栗の味がぶわっと感じられて美味しかったなあ‥栗ってすぐに風味が飛んでしまうんですよね。贅沢な食べ物でした。
めちゃめちゃ濃密な2時間だったのですが、何か指摘するならば冷たいお茶のメニューをもう少し欲しかったなあ。揚げ物なのでちょっと口を火傷してしまって(^～^;)ゞ口の中を冷やすのと、口の中の油をリセットするのに冷たいお茶が烏龍茶しかないのはちょっと残念でした。私みたいに熱いものを食べるのには冷たいものが飲みたい人、いるんじゃないかな？
本当に濃密で贅沢なひとときでした。また、特別な日にぜひ来たいお店です。自信をもってオススメできます。
