最近よく行く出張先である山梨甲府。
甲府といえば、名物は、鶏モツ煮、ぶどうなどのフルーツ、ワインとこの一品。
今回は、甲府駅前の名店「小作」へお邪魔した。
注文したのは、「豚肉ほうとう」（￥1,400）
豚肉、山菜、白菜に加えて、色んな野菜が入っています。
結構、大きめのカボチャがたくさん入っています。
他には、ホクホクのじゃがいも入っています。
味噌味で野菜が、いい感じに煮込まれてます。
熱々のほうとうと、七味の辛みが相まって,体がポッカポカになってきます。
久しぶりに、ランチを食べるのに30分程じっくりかけて食べてましたがふと我に返ると、汗をダラダラとかいていました。
「ほうとう」のメニューはかなりの種類があるので、ちょっと迷っちゃいますね？
汗をかきながら店外に出ると、冷たい風が心地よいです。
実はこの日は、早い時間の電車で韮崎の方に向かっていました。
駅からは韮崎観音を見ることも出来ます。
仕事で訪問をしているので、甲州ワインが飲めないのでが残念です・・・・。
