今回は、山口県宇部市の「サルワーレ」さんに御邪魔しました。
宇部市のこの界隈においてひときわ美味しい店。なんといってもこの立地にこの味はうれしい限りです。
490号沿いを走っておりますと、「サルワーレ」さんの案内がありますので、
比較的わかりやすく到着できるかと思います。
少し急な坂道を登っていきますと、突き当りとなります。
小野湖が見渡せる高台に位置し、景色はずっと見ていても飽きません。
自然を満喫できます。
コロナ禍の時期ですので、しっかりと検温、そして代表者さんの携帯番号も記入して席に着く形となります。
あいにく天気はあまりよくありませんでしたが、11時に開店と同時に入店。
テラス席を含めて好きな席を選ぶことが出来ました。
出る頃には、5台程度入る駐車場が満車でした。
基本的なコースは、サルワーレランチ二人セットで3300円。
こちらには、好きなピザ、好きなパスタとサラダ、スープが付きます。
スパゲッティランチは1650円で一人用となります。
中身はお好きなスパゲッティとスープ、サラダ、そしてワッフルが付きます。
私たちは二人用のサルワーレランチと、スパゲッティランチを注文しました。

この日は、パスタに明太子スパゲッティと手作りベーコンのカルボナーラ、
ピザは生野菜とスモークタンを選びました。生野菜とスモークタンのピザが、ピザ生地を覆い隠すようなこの迫力あるピザです。
トマト、レタス、そしてスモークタンの香りとジューシーな肉汁が見事にマッチしていて、
美味しいピザでした。
パスタは特にカルボナーラの黒コショウとオリーブオイル、卵もこだわりがあるように見えて、
とても美味でした。
また複数名で行きましたので、デザートも頼みまして、
あまり見た目が美味しいと思うデザートにわたしは出会わないのですが、見てください。
下手なアングルと下手な腕でも、美味しい味が伝わってくるような画です。
宇部市のこの界隈にはとても希少で大きく差別化できる店でした。
