友人と山口県へ旅行した際に伺いました。
地元の人に愛されてるお寿司屋さん、といった様子。
ネタが美味しかったのもそうですが、酢飯もほんのり甘味があり美味しかった。
揚げ物は海老と野菜の天ぷらでした。
海老は弾力があり、ナスはジューシー。
いい時間を過ごせました。
