薬味に山葵が無かったけど、サックサクの衣を纏ったシシトウの天麩羅が辛かったので言うことナシ。適度な歯応えで歯切れと喉越しが良いそばは間違...
「美味しい！」と聞き、立ち寄ってみました。
まさに旬ということで、山菜天ぷらそばを注文。
山菜はもちろんですが、コシのある蕎麦に大満足。期待値以上でした。
また立ち寄ります！
白鷹地区はお蕎麦は美味しいはずなのです。
野菜の直売所に行くと必ず目に入る看板。いつか入りたいなと思いつつ念願叶って初入店！

朝日町でワイン城に寄って、道の駅で林檎を買ってからこちらへ。
鴨つけを注文。鴨で1,100円はかなり良心的だな。
しっかりお蕎麦の味を感じる麺。太さは不均一だけど。田舎蕎麦的だけど固過ぎず...
