山陰に松葉蟹を食べに行くのが今回のドライブのメインの目的ですが、もう一つ気になる食材がありまして、それが「モサエビ（猛者海老）」です。
＞鮮度劣化が早いため遠隔地への出荷が難しく地元でしか味わえない幻のエビ
だそうで、食べログの画像を見て松葉蟹以上の旅の目的を見つけたように思います。
さらに大山どりと穴道湖のしじみを入れたら完璧、今回の旅は大成功でしょう。

2本だけ店内で食べて8本はお持ち帰りで。
これは旨い。
10本で390円なんて安すぎます。
家族へのお土産にちょうどいいのでは。
カニ刺
これを食べに来たんです。
甘〜い物体が口の中を通り抜けていきます。
蟹ってヤツは鎧の下にこんなおいしい身を隠しているのだなと。
モサエビ
甘エビよりは大きいけどボタンエビよりは小さいサイズ。要は想像してたよりは小ぶりでゴツくもない。
味は甘み、ミソのところなちゅるっと感はよい。
刺身盛合せ三種
カンパチ・真鯛・白イカ。
やっぱり山陰は魚が美味いと確信させてくれます。
しじみ酒蒸し
〆に胃がほっとする滋味深く温かい汁を。
穴道湖で獲れるしじみはほんと大きい。
山陰の旅を最高のものにしてくれる居酒屋といえるでしょう。
団体客のタバコの煙が目に染みましたけどね。
