今回訪店したのは、最寄駅が八王子市南大沢駅の「分田上」
落ち着いた雰囲気と美味しい九州系ラーメンが売りのお店です。
ラーメンは、１種類・・・トッピングを加える事で自分の好みのラーメンを頂きます。
今回は、Wチーズと味玉をトッピング！
【メニュー】
ラーメンは１種類のみ、トッピングで自分の好みに、ねぎ・梅干し・Wチーズ・チャーシュー
ラーユ・きくらげ・キムチ・高菜・温玉・味玉・とき玉・・・・・・
ご飯物は・・・ ラーユご飯・ふりかけご飯・ラーユおじや・温玉おじや・梅干しおじや・・替玉・・・・
【プレゼンテーション】
赤茶の玉渕丼の器に白湯系スープ。ほんのりと表面にマー油が散らされている。
手前にバラロールのチャーシューが２枚、左側に千切りではない真っ赤な紅生姜。
その奥に９割ほど黄身が湯だった味玉1/2とトッピングの味玉丸々１個。
器の奥の際には海苔が１枚その前方にWチーズが程好く溶けている。
右やや奥に万能ねぎだろうか？刻まれたネギが盛り付けられ、中央にはキクラゲ。
白胡麻がまぶされ、色彩的な美味しさもいい感じ！
【スープ】
一見熊本ラーメンを思わせる感じ、豚骨をベースとした白湯スープは塩味であっさり系。
マー油や白胡麻と合わさりすごく美味しい。
【麺】
加水率低めの自家製の細麺。もう少し太い方が個人的には好きだけど、
これはこれでスープにあっていていい感じ！
【具】
チャーシューが柔らかくて美味しい。チャーシューとピングすればよかった。
チーズが豚骨スープに溶け込んで独特の美味しさ。
紅生姜も細かく刻んでいないので紅しょうがの味がスープに広がり過ぎなくていい！
アットホームな雰囲気と気が利く奥さんの接客、とても美味しく頂けました。
