はじめての立川での用事が終わった後のお疲れさま会。
駅前の個室居酒屋さんということで、
正直あまり期待していなかったのですが（しつれい）
さすが美味しいものを知っている人のアンテナは素晴らしい。
“肉”に“牡蠣”に“野菜”にと、旬の食材にこだわりがひかる、
隠れ家Diningでした。立川あっぱれ♪ ヽ（´▽` ）/～♪
JR立川駅から多摩モノレール駅方面に徒歩数分くらい。
ミスドが入っているビルの最上階で、私の中にはインプットされました。笑
京の街並みをイメージした店内に、京料理をメインとした和食のおもてなしと、
しっぽりした和の店内は、海外のお客さんにも人気なのか、
アジアのお客さまグループの楽しそうな声が聞こえてきました。
立川って初めてですが、アジアのお客さまもいらっしゃる街なのね。
【カリカリ揚げじゃこの大根サラダ】
さっぱり和風ドレッシングが添えられた、
みずみずしい大根とレタスのサラダには、山盛りの揚げじゃこときざみ海苔。
カリッカリの揚げじゃこの食感がアクセント。
【炭酸水】
食事にはシュワシュワのガス入りミネラルウォーターが合うと思うのですが、
和食屋さんってなかなか置いてない。
サワーとかハイボールがあるんだから炭酸水だけ出してくれればいいのに、、、
と常々思っていました。
こちらのお店には、炭酸水がソフトドリンクのメニューに載っていて、
嬉しくてソッコーオーダー♪
【限定 和牛ハツ刺し】
こちらも“食べておきたい推しの逸品”メニューからのチョイス。
A5ランクの和牛の新鮮のハツだからできるハツ刺しは、
ポスト“レバ刺し”と称されていました。
鮮度の良さを感じさせるハツのサクっとした食感、いいですね～。
【ウーロン茶（HOT）】
【自家製豆腐つくねの照り焼き】
メニュー名を見て、お豆腐と鶏か何かのひき肉を使った
豆腐ハンバーグ的なつくねを照り焼きにしたメニューかな？
と思ってオーダーしたら、想像のナナメ上を行くお料理が登場。
なんと、水切りしたお豆腐と鶏肉がミルフィーユ状になり、
その上に照り焼きソース、山盛りの大葉が乗ったプレゼンテーション。
温玉を崩してソースとして絡め、山葵と一緒に頂きます。
【馬鹿かも？盛り合わせ】
これまた、不思議なネーミングのお料理。
要するに、馬肉、鹿肉、鴨肉の盛合せ。笑
絶妙な火入れのローストビーフ仕立ての鹿肉に、
鶏ハムのようにさっぱりとした鴨肉、馬肉は赤身とコウネを一緒に。
三者三様のお肉をそれぞれに適した食べ方で楽しませてくれる
お肉盛り合わせでした。

【出汁巻き玉子】
玉子焼きスキーは、オーダーせずにはいられない出汁巻き玉子。
出汁巻きよりは、卵の風味が強い玉子焼き寄り？
たっぷりの大根おろしと一緒に頂きます。
【ジャスミン茶（HOT）】
【和パフェ】
デザートが充実しているのも嬉しい。
抹茶アイスにバニラアイス、白玉、抹茶のくずもち、などなど、
和のスイーツがたっぷり詰まった和パフェ。
パフェと言っても細長い湯呑に盛り付けられてボリュームもほどほどで、
食後の別腹にピッタリ。
入手困難な地酒も取り揃えていたらしく、日本酒スキにも好評でした。
牡蠣メニューも、カキフライ以外に白みそグラタンや筍との和牛巻き焼きやど
趣向を凝らした創作料理があれこれあり、まだまだ食べてみたいものがいっぱい。
駅前の個室居酒屋としての利便性だけでなく、
食材にこだわる和の創作料理にも満足できる
使い勝手のよい貴重なお店でした。
品川のビル群の夜景が見えるのもポイントだったな。
