【2006年7月立川市幸町2より移転】 |
多摩都市モノレール泉体育館駅より徒歩15分程の場所にあるこのお店を訪麺。
1410の到着で待ちはなし。
前客3、後客5。
店員は、2名での切り盛り。
今回は、燕三条らーめん並880円を券売機で購入。
店内は、カウンター7席のみでアクリル板での仕切りありで、1席あたりの横間隔が結構広々としている。
10分後に着丼。
スープは、豚骨ベースに煮干しが加わり、背脂がのった醤油系で、わりとあっさりしていてうまい。
麺は、中太の平打ち縮れ麺で、スープとの相性がよく、モチモチ感や弾力感を楽しむことができる。
トッピングは、チャーシュー2、ほうれん草、刻み玉ねぎ、メンマ。
チャーシューがわりと分厚いがとても柔らかくてうまい。岩のりやほうれん草の存在もありがたい。
並でも十分なボリュームがあって大満足。
