When I got there around 11:40, there were about 8 people in line. I was taken to the counter just after 12:00. It might spin better than I expected. I ordered Edomae nigiri Sushi for 1980 yen. The white flesh and shiny parts have a light feel. The tuna feels solid. I guess it's matured a little. It feels like it has a lot of flavor. The green onion rolls are also juicy and delicious. Conger eel also goes well with the light sauce. It's a little disappointing that the chawanmushi comes first. I wanted to eat something warm at the end.
