府中で日本酒と言えばこちらでしょう！
有名でも一般人が入手しづらい日本酒が普通に飲める府中では貴重なお店です。
日本酒に合うアテから、〆の食事までメニューは充実(日中は釜飯屋さんですものね)。
洋風なおつまみもありますが日本酒に合う様に味には気を使っているので、
洋風メニューでも日本酒に合うんだ！とびっくりします。
〆に頼んだ釜飯は炊き加減が絶妙できちんと出汁も利いていて
大盛りをお願いすれば良かったな〜と思うほどでした。
日本酒に詳しくない方も相談すればオススメしてくれますし、
料理に合うものをリクエストすればきちんと合うものを出してくれます。
おいしい日本酒が飲みたくなったらぜひ。

Lately, this is the only place I've been to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The appetizers serve seasonal and clever dishes, and Other dishes are also delicious. The kamameshi at the end is also elegant. The selection of sake is overwhelming, and you can enjoy it even if you don't know much about it, and the owner will be happy to tell you all about it. This store has one of the best selections of Japanese sake in Fuchu.
