2013年10月24日移転オープン【調布市国領町4-9-16より移転】 |
国領で食べた醤油ラーメンがニンニクが効いていて美味しかったので紹介したいと思います。
どうも！みなさん！おはこんばんにちは！お初のお方は初めまして！
ワールドワイド・シュバルツ・ネッシー１６世と申します。よろしくお願いいたします。
今回レビューしたいお店は「熊王ラーメン」さんです。最寄り駅は国領駅です。国領駅を出てすぐの場所にあるので、歩いて一分程の距離です。
店の前には16時半ごろに到着。遅めの時間帯だったのですが、休日だからか店の中はそこそこ埋まっていました。
店内の張り紙には「20時閉店 18～20時は醤油のみ」と記載してありました。
しょうゆを注文。値段は800円でした。食券を渡した時にニンニクの有無を聞かれたので有りに。
7分程で着丼。
スープは優しい醤油味なのですが、ニンニクの味がかなり効いているのでガッツリ感もありました。
麺は細めのストレート麺で柔らかめの食感でした。
ネギと水菜がたくさん入ってあるのでヘルシー感もありました。ネギは辛さが強めでした。
チャーシューはしっとりとした食感で肉肉しい味わいでした。チャーシューの切れ端？の部分も入っており、こちらは柔らかくて甘めの味つけで美味しかったです。個人的には切れ端の方が好みでした。
ニンニクがガッツリと効いているのに全体的に落ち着いた優しい味わいで、どことなく懐かしさも感じるラーメンでした。
店内も昔ながらの町中華といった感じで良い雰囲気でした。
また近場に行った際には立ち寄りたいと思います。
