上京し、息子の誕生日祝いを兼ねてこちらに。
モダンでおしゃれな店内。
感じの良い女性の店員さんが、お料理やワインについて、ていねいに案内してくれます。
でもワインをいっぱい飲んだので全部！忘れました！メモ取っておけばよかった。
お料理は大変凝っていて、ソースの組み合わせなど驚きがいっぱい。
サーブがゆっくりで、たっぷり２時間半近く掛けていただきました。
印象的だったのは塩辛っぽい風味を感じたタルタル。カリカリの皮と身のふわふわのコントラストがすばらしかった金目鯛のグリル。
ポーション小さめですが、熱々のパンが４種類も出て、サーブのタイミングがとても良いので、お腹いっぱいに。
スプマンテ付き６品のコースに、白を１本入れました。
ワインリストにはお手頃な5000円くらいからバリエーションがあり、7000円くらいのだったかな。別なところで冷やしてくれていたので、エチケット撮影できず。
息子が肉に合わせて赤のグラスワインを飲み、合計で26000円くらいでしたが、このお値段で、お料理の内容、雰囲気、ワイン、サービスを考えると大変満足度高し。
仕切りのある個室っぽい席を用意していてくれたので、久しぶりに会った息子との会話も弾み、素敵な誕生日ディナーになりました。
