This is a new development. When I looked in, I saw a counter for one person and a Hoppy flag. Takumi Daisen Chicken? Ah, is it Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a cool pattern that focuses on the ingredients? Would you like to try this? It's a charge. First of all, let's look at the menu. The evening drink set caught my eye. A great feature that comes with two items and a drink in addition to the knobs that come with it. I ordered a draft beer and the dish that came out right away was tataki chicken breast. The only seasonings on the table are ponzu sauce and soy sauce. All I wanted was wasabi, but when I asked how I wanted to eat it, they brought out a tabletop stove and a pot...I was a little taken aback, but apparently they wanted me to have shabu shabu. Enjoy shabu shabu. Oh, it's just delicious. It seems that the toro liver that came later was also grilled in chicken oil. Fragrant and delicious. It would be nice if they made it a little sweeter (^^) Oh, the oden came too. I didn't think the appetizer would be a hot pot, so I ordered it, but I wonder if it would have been better if it was grilled. I also ordered Sanrei Hoppy and Tsukimi Tsukune, but I think it cost just under 2,000 yen. Oh, this place is open from 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can enjoy drinking at the same time as Akabane Ueno. Anyway, I'll come again~
