北千住で飲み友達と飲み。肉寿司食べようと「北千住肉寿司」さんへ。
北千住肉寿司は北千住駅南口からすぐの路地にあります。ハッピーアワーハイボール100円とか、飲み放題60分580円、120分1,080円とか看板が出ていて惹かれますね。
お寿司屋さんのようなカウンター席もあります。
まずは、キリン一番搾り生中で乾杯。
お箸にはくじが付いています。「大吉」でした！
お通しは唐揚げ。
べっこう玉360円
とてもキレイな卵黄の醤油漬け。かなりまったり濃厚で味もしっかりついていますので、ちびちびとあてにしながらお酒を頂きます。
馬肉に合う日本酒
日本馬肉協会が栃木小山の若駒さんと共同開発したという馬肉に合う日本酒。
ということで肉刺しの盛り合わせを注文。
お肉たちの宴～四種肉の盛り合わせ～1,980円
馬肉赤身、たてがみ、鳥燻製、低温調理の豚トロの肉刺し４種盛り合わせでした。
待ちきれず食べてしまったので写真は一部しか写ってません（汗）
赤身とたてがみを一緒に、馬肉に合う日本酒に確かに合います。
鳥燻製は燻製香のする鳥刺しでこれも良かったです。
肉とろ三種盛り1,040円
フォアグラ三種盛り1,040円
肉とろ三種盛りは、大トロ、中トロ、ネギトロの３種。大トロは牛肉、中トロ、ネギトロは馬肉です。
フォアグラ三種盛りは、和牛ロッシーニ、フォアグラ軍艦、上稲荷の３種。上稲荷はいなり寿司の上にフォアグラがのっています。フォアグラ軍艦のフォアグラはふわふわです。
どれもビジュアルが面白いですね。濃厚なフォアグラも美味しい。

比較的あっさりとした味わいの馬肉赤身です。

とても大きな牛リブロースを目の前で炙って頂けます。
柔らかくジューシーで甘みのある肉が良いです。
クリームチーズ青唐醤油がけ360円
濃厚なクリームチーズと青唐醤油の辛味がよいおつまみに。赤ワインも進みます。
肉チャンジャ420円
こちらも辛味が良い。
SUKIYAKI590円
和牛のミスジをこちらも目の前で炙って頂けます。
玉子に絡めて、すき焼き風に頂きます。とても柔らかで甘辛いタレと玉子の甘さで美味しいですね。
千住玉
締めのハイボール。
気軽に多彩な肉寿司を楽しみながら飲めるお店でした。若いお客さんが一杯で盛り上がっていましたね。
