ここは2年前にたまたまふらっと並ばずに入れた事が出会いでした。
中の雰囲気がとても良く、和の味が出ています。
季節ものの食材を活かした天ぷらなどもありとても美味しいですが、何より蕎麦が美味しすぎて感動しました。
正直蕎麦なんてある程度いいお店に行ったら一緒だろって思ってましたが、全然違います。
本日は十割、粗挽き、田舎そばと鴨葱つけ汁をいただきました。
それぞれの良さがありますが、私は粗挽き派です。
蕎麦の香りと旨さが1番伝わるかなーと感じました。今日の蕎麦は栃木県産でした。
その時その時で美味しい産地のものに変わりますので絶対に飽きません。
行く際は予約をした方がいいと思います。
予約なしで行くと早くても20分は並ぶかなと思いますので。
