Food ``Beefsteak'' sold by weight with rare parts and ``Motsu sara'' made fresh from the farm in the morning.
One of our signature menu items, ``Beefsteak,'' comes in 100g increments of three rare cuts: skirt steak, shoulder loin, and zabuton. The sake goes well with the soy sauce-based Japanese sauce. We offer freshly ground offal purchased directly from the farm, seasoned to suit each part. Please enjoy the rich variety of parts.
