It's basically Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that's always open late at night, and you can smoke there too. The food is a little slow, but the taste is delicious. The first floor is popular cuisine, and the second floor is more relaxed. The second floor is a Japanese-style toilet, so it might be best to go to the third floor. I think this is better than 135 Bar.
