友人に連れて行ってもらったお店。
私はこのような高級焼肉店に自ら行ったことがないので、メニューは全部お任せで。
初めに食べたのは、ねっこというタンの根本？の部位。
タンなのに、この柔らかさなに？！
めちゃ美味しい！！
感動と驚きでした。
お肉に塩をかけてくださっており、
その塩が、たぶんこのお肉の味をより引き出している気がします。
たれも三種あったのですが、どれがおすすめですと教えてくれて、
真ん中のだしのたれというのが、たれ自体はたぶんそんなに濃い味ではなかったと思うのですが、
良い感じにお肉の美味しさを引き立てる感じがしました。
そのあと、三種盛りのみすじ、くり、げたをいただき、最後にサーロインをいただきました。
これらは全て店員さんが良い感じに焼いてくださり、
もうめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
話に夢中になっていたのと、あまりの美味しさに、写真を撮るのをすっかり忘れてしまっていましたが、盛り付けも立体的で、おしゃれでした。
サーロインもすごく柔らかくて、美味しくて。
本当に生きてるうちにこんなに美味しい焼肉を食べられて幸せだなぁと思いました。
機会があれば私の大事な人を連れてまた食べに行きたいです。
