飛鳥山博物館を訪れたところ、展示にこちらの玉子焼きを模した物があり
調べてみたら名物だと知ったので帰りに寄ってみました。
平日の午後3時ごろ。
行列が出来ていたり、もし怖そうなおじさんだったら諦めようと思っていましたが(笑)
拍子抜けするほど小さなお店で、売り子は年配の女性でした。
商品は、パックに入った「厚焼き玉子」と「親子焼き」だけのようです
とりあえずプレーンなものを食べようと思い、
厚焼き玉子650円(税込) を購入して持ち帰りました。
さっそく切って食べてみると、確かに甘めの卵焼きですが
甘～い！ってほどでもなく、しっとりジュワッと旨みが溢れます。
お酒のお供にも合いそう。
密度の詰まった玉子焼きで、見た目よりも満足感がありました。
