友人と都電に乗って王子にやってきました。飛鳥山公園にアスカルゴで登り、渋沢庭園の晩香盧の庭の紅葉を愛で、また駅に戻りました。そうだそうだ玉子焼きだ！とお店へ・・・14代目のご当主がいらっしゃいました。平日の午後はお客さんも他にいなかったので、いろいろとお話を伺いました。
「料亭をやってたころはこのあたりはうちの土地だったんだけどね・・」焼きたてのハーフサイズとフルサイズが１つづつが店頭に並んでいました。ハーフを買って「今ちょっと食べたいからカットしてくれますか？」とのムチャぶりにも笑顔で対応して下さいました。すぐ横の王子神社の境内でつまんだら・・・ふわふわ＆しっかり、塩味（だし）＆甘み、う～ん好きですこの味！寒い日だったので温かい玉子焼きが本当に美味しい！我が家は「だし巻き玉子」ですが、今度はお砂糖も加えてみたらこれに近づけるかな～！？焼きは真似できないな～～また買いにきますか～～。ごちそうさまでした♪
