ハルビン料理を提供してくれるお店です。
駅から、徒歩5～6分で着きますが
なんせ、初めての訪問でしたので
少し迷子になりました(^o^;)
大きな窓ガラスで、店内は外から丸見え！
まぁー気にしない気にしない。
従業員さんは全て、中国の方
もちろん、日本語はペラペラです。
動きもてきぱきして、好感が持てます。
店内は喫煙と禁煙に分離されてます。
外にも、お店利用の方用に、灰皿が置いてあります
白を基調にしていて、店内の装飾は
THE 中国といった感じでしょうか。
案内された窓際の席は
外からの冷気が入ってきて、寒い(T^T)
団体さんが帰った後に、奥を案内してもらい
温度の違いにビックリ( ; ゜Д゜)
お蔭でゆっくり食事が出来ました。
さて、オーダーしたのは、普通の中華料理と
ハルビン料理！
お料理は全体に油っぽさも無く
味付けも濃くなくて、素材を感じられます。
美味しくて、注文が止まりませんでした。
最後にデザートでいただいたのが
これが、不思議でした。
玉子の砂糖掛け
お水に浸けながらいただきます。
熱々に揚がった、玉子の砂糖掛けを
冷たいお水に浸してみると、
回りはパリパリ、中はサクサク。
中身は空洞になっているので、揚げ物なのに
くどくない。不思議と止まらない……
とても、美味しいお料理を提供してくれる
お店です。街中にある大衆中華料理屋とは
違い、住宅街にある中華料理店といった感じです。
