店に入ると、とてもきれいで、女性客が多い。
巣鴨の焼き鳥というと、おじさんしか入れないイメージだがここはとてもアットホームな暖かい雰囲気でいつも安心
まずは笑顔の奥さんに生中を注文。ここの生中はきれいに入れてくれて、ちょうどよく冷えている
メニューを見ると定番の焼き鳥メニューに加えて、イタリアンっぽい一品もあり。日本酒、焼酎、ワインも美味しそうな銘柄
別紙のメニューは週変わり。イタリアン、韓国、和食。食べたことないけど、美味しそうなメニュー
二人で週変わりメニューから２、３品と焼き鳥を注文
美味しー。焼き鳥やなのに、ジェノベーゼソース
マスターはイタリアンで修業してたとか
焼き鳥はこだわり産地の鶏肉を備長炭で丁寧に焼かれて間違いなく旨い。タレも奥深い
ここから日本酒へ。山形の美味しーお酒を中心に、週変わりでプレミアも入っているから楽しみ
ここで美味しーお酒と料理を食べると癒されて、働く元気が出てくる
