以前伺い、美味しかったハンバーガー屋さん「ハングリーヘブン」@上板橋のバンズを提供はかこちらという記載があり、こちらのお店を知り、訪問。
開店時間や営業日は、ツイッターで毎日発信しているよう。
工場直売で、注文は表の壁に手書きのメニューが
貼ってあり、そちらから注文。
パン屋の醍醐味であるパンを見て選べず、
どれにしようか決めてに書く。
しかもかなりのメニュー数。
50は優に超えているか？
初訪問なので、ベタものに。
○チョコクロワッサン
本日のスペシャルとのこと。
クロワッサンだが、サクッというよりもっちり。
不思議な感覚。
バターたっぷりなん感じの生地の甘さが良い。
チョコとの相性も○。
○野菜カレーパン
パン粉はあまり付いておらず、ギトギトしてない。
こちらは期待外れ。
カレーが少なく、ほとんど空洞。。。
大きいのは見た目だけかorz
○クリームパン
綺麗な焼き色。
クリームは、濃厚で少し粘度高め。
3つで300円という価格はさすがのコスパ。
期待しすぎたのか今回は拍子抜けたったが、
大量にメニューがあったので、他も食べないと
まだこのパン屋さんの真価は分からなそう。
