つけ麺戴きました。
麺は角中細ストレートのエッジに丸みを帯びた表面がツルッとしていない冷水の〆も足りないどんよりしたタイプで、中細なので啜り心地は思ったより悪くなく喉ごしもツルッと滑る様に食道を通って行きます（麺量：茹で前２００ｇ位で腹８分目といったところ）。
つけ汁は酸味と辛味と粘度の無い表面に油が覆ったオイリー感抜群な優しい鶏ガラ醤油味で、つけ汁碗が途轍もなく熱いので持って戴くのが一苦労ですがその分つけ汁も当然熱々で最後迄温くならずに戴けました。
具はメンマ６・７本と肩ロース叉焼２枚とワカメと刻海苔が麺の上を飾り、トリプル葱（長葱・青葱・玉葱）とサクランボ餅サイズにカットされた叉焼が１５枚位つけ汁に潜んでいます。
玉葱がつけ汁の熱で生から茹でた状態になり軟らかく甘味が出てとても美味しく戴けました。
麺から受ける刺激がないのでどうしてもつけ汁に頼ってしまい、そのつけ汁も熱々過ぎるので出汁の風味も飛んでしまい途中、卓上のお酢を大量投入してサッパリ風味にして戴きました。
スープ割はブーメラン方式に長葱と優しい清湯スープが注がれ、まだまだ沈んでいるサクランボ餅サイズの叉焼を掬いながら葱たちと共に美味しく戴きました。
お店は「拉麺屋」と何ともストレートな店名で、店内もシックに纏められていて落ち着いて食事が出来ました。
