こちらのお店、ログハウスのような造りの一軒家の南欧料理のお店です。
店内に入ると、窓からは白石農園の畑が広がっています。
こだわりのお野菜をふんだんに取り入れているのが特徴のお店とのこと。
本日は家族で伺いました。
今回頂いたのはランチチコースです。
前菜は、「高知産コショウダイのカルパッチョ」と「お肉と木の実のパテ」。
パスタは、「7種の野菜のスパゲッティ」と「自家製ベーコンときのこのスパゲッティ」。
メインディッシュは、「鮮魚のポワレ」にしました。
自家製パンは３種類がサーブされ、オリーブオイルを付けていただきます。
パンはお代わり自由で、店員さんが頻繁に持ってきてくれます。
こちらのお料理、まず、どれも見た目が綺麗！
食材は隣の畑で取れたお野菜だったり、自家製ベーコンやパンがあって、どれも新鮮でとってお美味しいです。
休日は、いつも混んでいて予約必須。
