鮨 めぐみ@練馬: TOKYO FOODRINK NOTE
練馬の駅ナカに先日オープンした寿司屋へ。通し営業をしているので早めに入れるところという事でチョイス。
カウンター席とテーブル席に別れており、カウンターの奥は座敷形式のカウンターとなっている。
豊洲の仲卸直営でネタは新鮮、鮪に自信ありという鮨屋。
まずはミナミマグロの中トロを使ったレアカツ。衣はサクサク、中身はレア。塩とレモンでさっぱりと頂く。衣と鮪のバランスが良い。
続いて鮪の頭肉炙り。中が半冷凍のルイベ状態になっている希少部位の一品。
出汁巻き玉子のいくら乗せ。
握りはお好みで。
真ゴチにカワハギ、キスの白身ずくし。カワハギは丁寧に肝が乗せてある。
カウンターには女性一人客もおり、場所柄としてもふらっと寄ることのできる貴重な寿司屋。

茶豆の山葵漬けは鰹が良く効いている。
生牡蠣に鮪ほほ肉の西京焼き。
鮭とイクラの親子天ロール。こうくるとは思わなかった。
握りはお好みで。カワハギ、のどぐろ炙り、黒ムツ秋刀魚、コハダ蝦夷アワビ、雲丹、穴子等々。
最後に里芋の唐揚げ。
日本酒もたしなみ良き休日中日の夕方。
