貝出汁らーめん醤油を注文。
貝のコクがぎゅっっと詰まったスープが止まらない。醤油も濃すぎず、貝本来の旨味を消さずに引き立てていて最高だった。
貝団子?がなかなか気に入った。
2種類のお肉が入っていたけど、柚子胡椒を乗せて食べるとさっぱりして色々工夫して食べられるのがまた良かった。
〆のラーメンに最高。染み渡る一杯でした。
