This is a set-style lunch set that comes with a main dish, soup, and small dishes on a tray. We offer a variety of dishes, such as the Deli Plate Set, which allows you to enjoy small portions of various dishes, and the Gentle Curry Set, which combines the flavors of beef tendons simmered in broth with vegetables. We will cook using charcuterie techniques learned at luxury hotels and popular Bistro in Tokyo. “Apple Wagyu Shinshu Beef Thigh Poire” is a sauce made over 3 days with high-quality Wagyu beef raised on fermented feed, and “Shinshu Handmade Soba” is made using fragrant Shinshu buckwheat flour carefully ground in a stone mill. We recommend the ``Sanzoku-yaki French cuisine Roasted Pork Spare Ribs,'' which is a variation of Nagano's Local Cuisine, Sanzoku-yaki, with a French-style sauce.
