以前お店の前を通りかかって、どこか魅かれるオーラ。いつか行こうと決めてました。ストウブをメインにした、わりと新しいお店。
17時半にうかがったからか、お客さんは私たちだけ。テーブルが広くて、ゆったり。なかなか良さそうな材質の素敵なテーブルです。
enyaの音楽が流れているの思いきや、それは違ったようです(いまの時代に合わないか、、)。
お通し、カポナータかポテトサラダを選べるのですが、私はカポナータにしました。野菜、味が濃くておいしいです。
ムール貝の白ワイン蒸しノルマンディ風は、なにこれ初めて見た？！と、思わずGoogle先生で調べてしまう料理。フランスのノルマンディー地方では、ムール貝は生クリームソースで食べるものらしい。これ、大好きです。
ストウブ料理は、ソフトシェルシュリンプの煮込みと、ポークラグーBBQソースの二品をオーダー。どちらもおいしいですが、特にポークラグーはお肉本当に柔らか。フルーツの味がして、女性が好きな料理。
なんかこのサイズのストウブいいなぁ。買っちゃおうかなぁ、とか思いつつ。
バケットは、さくっとふわっとして、なかなか出会えないおいしいパンです。
デザートのピスタチオのアイスクリームも◎。
出てきた料理は全部おいしかったのですが、メューのバリエーションが少ないので、リピート率が低いのではないかと、スーパー余計なお世話ながら気になりました。
男性向けにしては、メイン料理がストウブだけだと物足りないし。炭水化物もバケットだけだと、夕ごはんにしては、ちょっと辛いかも。
女性向けにしては、デザートがピスタチオアイスクリームだけだとちょっと寂しいし、ドリンクの選択肢が少ないのが。。。
料理はどれもとてもおいしくて、スイートピクルスがあるのもツボです。ホント応援してます！
