阿佐ヶ谷の駅から外れていくこと10分・・・もないかな？けど、阿佐ヶ谷の人里離れたあたりでこちらのお店を発見しました。食べログの評価が高いので、地図を頼りに来ましたが、タイ料理のお店のようです。路地裏の小さなタイ料理店…それだけでワクワクしてしまうというか。
入店。2階席もあるようです。にしても、恐ろしいくらい無音の店内。
●カウソイ(600円)
ココナッツミルクの香りがふわ～ん。カオソーイ、ココナッツミルクを入れたカレーソースをかけた堅焼きそばみたいな。麺は割とソフト、パリパリと良い食感をした、丁寧に揚げてある麺。ココナッツミルクの影響で非常にマイルドなカレーソースが麺に馴染む。麺の油っぽさは少ない。で、後からじわじわと辛さが来るのがたまらんですね。美味い。
で、その堅あげ麺の下には、もちもちの平打ち麺が！何これ、2度も美味しいやつじゃん。麺は少しダマになっているものの、歯応えもあり、この麺もまた美味いなぁ。
中に入っている牛肉はしっかりとした食感。身が引き締まっている感じ。辛さは後から来ると言っても、後味はあっさりめ。いやぁ、これは美味しいなぁ。
