老舗焼肉店で12年間修行したのち独立。 |
高円寺の話題店焼肉ここちへ。
夕方オープンしてすぐ運良く入れました。
19時台は中々予約が難しい様で
何組も入れないようでした。
注文したのは
上レバー
キムチ盛り合わせ
浅漬けキムチ
カルビ
ロース
和牛ハラミ
並タン塩
上ミノ
赤肉切り落とし
ホルモン
上レバーは最高な鮮度でサクサクして
角が立ち臭み全くなしで激推しです。
カルビやロースはプッコチュの酸味ある
青唐辛子の味付けで油がさっぱりして
パクパク食べれるようになります。
赤肉切り落としはコリアンタレで
コチュジャンの効いた甘辛いタレで
しっかり厚みのある分厚い赤身で
柔らかいしジューシーで美味い。
次も絶対頼みます。
キムチとご飯が本当に美味しくて
その２つで飯進みすぎちゃう。
2人でお酒少しずつ飲んで20000円位でした。
コスパは正直普通か少し高いけど
クォリティも充分に高いです。
カウンター席ですが割と広めなカウンターでしたので狭さはさほど気にならないかなと。
またすぐに来ます。
